Pat Petroski

I was diagnosed with breast cancer on January 26, 1996, at the age of 56. My prognosis was not good because 10 of 22 lymph nodes tested positive for malignancy. The doctors recommended 12 weeks of high-dose chemotherapy and 6 weeks of direct irradiation, for a total of 30 radiation treatments. I was told about a program that would provide a wig for me since I would be bald within 2 weeks from the high-dose chemotherapy.

I felt as if someone else had complete control of my life. I had seen what traditional treatments can do to you, and I  believed that traditional therapy for breast cancer does not work. A dear friend of my had just suffered horribly from the terrible effects of chemotherapy and irradiation, only to die. I chose not to go through that. Instead, I sought out Dr. Burzynski and began his gently, nontoxic cure for my cancer.

I had heard about Dr. Burzynski and antineoplaston therapy through Dr. Julian Whitaker's newsletter, Health & Healing. I began antineoplaston therapy on March 26, 1996, exactly 2 months after my diagnosis. I had no side effects while on antineoplastons, and today I am cancer free. I also must add that I had no other therapy other than antineoplastons.
