John L. Nelson

My name is John L. Nelson, and I am from Sterling, Colorado. I had prostate cancer in January 1990. My prostate was completely encircled with tumors, which when biopsies were taken, were found to be very malignant.
I got an appointment with Dr. Burzynski in Houston, Texas, that same month. The doctor said he wanted a second opinion so that we knew for sure what we were dealing with. It turned out to be the same as the diagnosis I had gotten in Colorado.
Dr. Burzynski put me on antineoplastons and sent me home with a 3-month supply of capsules. In 3 months, I returned to Houston and had x-ray films done. Dr. Burzynski said that my tumors were healed but he wanted me to continue taking the capsules for 3 more months.
In August, when my 3 months were up, I went back again. I had more x-ray films done, and this time all my tumors were gone. It has been 10 years now, and my PSA test results are still normal.

We have friends in Denver, Colorado, who had a little boy with brain cancer, just like Thomas Navarro. We told them about Dr. Burzynski, and they immediately went to Houston and their son began antineoplaston therapy. The tumor began shrinking and the boy was nearly back to normal, when the FDA raided Dr. Burzynski's office. The FDA stopped this boy from continuing treatment, and he died 3 months later.
