Florence Litwicki
I got the shock of my life in November, 2001 when I was diagnosed with breast cancer that had already spread to my lymph nodes. I was advised by my doctor to have chemotherapy, radiation and surgery.
I chose to get a second opinion from Dr. Burzynski’s clinic. He determined that I had invasive ductal node tumors. I put all my faith in God’s hands, with the intercession of Fr. Solanus Casey, saint of miracles, and St. Peregrine, the cancer saint.
I took oral treatment at the Burzynski Clinic with sodium phenylbutyrate (PB) and mild chemotherapy. As of April 29, 2003, after 15 months of treatment, I no longer needed chemotherapy, my tumor was gone and I was in remission - - all without radiation or surgery. I get PET scans every 6 months and I take one tamoxifen and Dr. Burzynski’s Aminocare supplement daily.
I am very grateful to Dr. Burzynski and my support group: Fr. Bill Bartniski, Fr. Tom Shaughnessy and the prayers of my many friends. Cancer cannot steal eternal life - -cancer cannot shatter hope.
